The painting of Gianni has always fascinated me,
powerful gesture and delicate floral subject.
 When I had the opportunity to know him I
appreciated his joy and passion for
painting that he always lives with great energy.
This photo project is a slice of Gianni's daily life,
 from the activity of painting
"en plein air" until the creation of the paintings
 in the studio where I used the light to symbolize
the "Creative Spark" of painterly gesture.

Carlo's wooden sculptures are vital and colorful,
they reminds me of one of my favorite artists, Vasarely,
only with the third dimension to be explored.
